From scanned microchip to connected app
Read animal identification microchips and send the scanned ID straight to a compatible Bluetooth-connected app. Recharge your NEBULUX reader via USB-C.
Discuss your requirements
Bluetooth ID transfer
Bluetooth connectivity lets a compatible app receive the scanned animal ID directly from the reader. Discuss the app, device and operating system you use when choosing your setup.
App compatibility varies. Tell us whether you want to record IDs in an existing animal-management workflow, and we can discuss the appropriate connection.
USB-C recharging
The NEBULUX reader is rechargeable via USB-C. Include any charging or daily-use requirements in your enquiry so we can provide the details for the reader model you choose.
Temperature-reading microchip support
A compatible NEBULUX reader supports our temperature-reading implanted microchips. Ask for the matching microchip and reader combination when ordering.
Support for a temperature-reading chip does not mean every tag or app offers the same functions. We can discuss your exact chip, reader and app together.
Choosing a reader for your clinic
- Which microchips or tags do you currently use?
- Which app and device should receive the scanned IDs?
- Do you need standard identification, temperature reading, or both?
- How many readers does your clinic require?
We also discuss other reader formats for specific applications. Portable and UHF models have different capabilities; confirm the exact model for your intended use.
See our pre-loaded microchips for the standard 1.4 × 8 mm specification and other size options.
